Rates

In accordance with Jefferson Lab’s policies regarding visitors and campus access, including any Lab COVID-related requirements, Residence Facility guests, both US citizens and Foreign Nationals, must have received access approval from Jefferson Lab in order to occupy a room at the Facility. Reservations may be made in advance of approval but access to the Residence Facility will be given following the Lab’s approval of campus access.

Nightly Rates, Effective October 1, 2023

• 1-14 Nights: $98.00/Single or Double occupancy
• 15 nights and over: $88.00/Single occupancy. For Double occupancy rates, please contact the Residence Facility.

The Front Desk is open for check-in 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday (except holidays).

If you arrive after normal business hours, your room key can be picked up at our convenient self-service, check-in station located at the Residence Facility main entrance. Be sure to bring the access code provided on your confirmation. If you need to make immediate arrangements after hours, call 757-812-1691.
